Sandi Tomlinson (aka Sandi T. Pink Queen) is the Queen Mother of the Rebellious Rubies.  She founded the Rebellious Rubies in September of 2003.  The Rebellious Rubies started with about 15 women that are nail clients of Sandi's.  The first meeting was held atSandi's nail salon, Nails by Sandi, which is now referred to by the Rebellious Rubies as "Hatquarters".

Rebellious Rubies now has a membership exceding 50 members.  Pink Hatters make up over 50% of Rebellious Rubies membership.
